That would have been a 7.5kg PR. I WAS FOOKING GUTTED!!!!!! | ||

If I get better at deadlifts, this will probably be much easier. | ||

Do you have one st your gym? Do you think they would be a good strength builder as a after deadlift thing with say 8-10 rep range? I most enjoy your thoughts? | ||

Leg Extensions: knee said no mas on these. Leg Curls - ascending weight and reps. Banded Glute Bridges: 10 x 3 sets McGill Crunches: 30 x 2 sets Bird Dogs: 30 x 2 sets Suitcase DB Carries: two sets | ||
