My asshole is not watertight. Member 2926, 6050 posts SQ 217.5, BP 107.5, DL 225550.0 kgs @ 86kgs UnEq | Thought I better check in to see the potential competition and am amazed you think you’ll move down a position if we were lifting in a comp together!!! Your bench is probably a good 25kgs higher than mine, deadlifts higher and squat probably pretty similar. Normally this would cause me to really push the weights but I’ve said I’ll stick to my routine 100%. Eek | ||

My squat isn't going to bad but the most I've ever squatted was 195 at 100kg. The comp. i did in December 2017 I got 165/125/220. My aim would be to not do worse than that. :-). | ||
