Loal. I'm sure it would help a bit. I actually trained my extensors today.

Broken yellow band with ends pinched together - R x 30, L x 30, R x 30, L x 30.

Fronts - up to 160 x 1, 140 x 4 - I used a different bar, one with no centre knurling, and it was slippy/awkward.

Weighted chins.
Box jumps.
Front raises.

Had to use the slippy bar again because my preferred bar was in use.


One-armed shoulder press on Smith machine (standing sideways on) Grin

I was thinking the other day about the absolute best method for increasing max strength and came to the conclusion that lots of singles like that seems to be the best way out of everything I've tried. That and maybe doubles. Might start doing the same but will probably end up injured

Yes, I think you're right Robbo. I also like micro loading my way up on singles, but this gym doesn't have micro plates.
