All of them haha I missed gymnastics this week but will be 9 sessions next week plus yoga and mobility stuff

Best in the world at what though?
Do you not worry about becoming a jack of all trades master of none so to speak?

I personally love the fact you do all this cool s**t but if your main goal is to become better at strongman I think a lot of the stuff you do is pointless and even counter productive.
