Many of the same faces in strongman and powerlifting comps through my travels. Cool people. I continue to love to learn the new inventions as the sports grow. To those, the ones in the trenches(the comps) with me as we battle with respect. The comps keep me young. Bench Press Bodybuilding stuff. Old friend bodybuilding can’t wait to return to someday. Walk 3 miles Sit ups 100 Preacher curl straightbar. Bicep right and ulna nerve exercises in between 60 x 10 strict x4 sets felt very therapeutic very happy. Rolling thunder repping away with just 80 pounds forearm starting to ache 8” dia log Press from rack 130 sets of 5 to 8 reps x4 sets. | ||

Forearm held up and i got a little bit more but stopped because I am no risking it. 135 s 5 x 3 185 x5 250 x 3 330 x1 425 x1 500 x 1 560 x 1 Bought a crap loaf of thick stall matting so the rest of my 5 hours of daylight I removed 1/4th of my gym to the driveway which was a workout in its own. Swept the dirt power washing, Got too tired to put the stuff away. I hope the metal man diesel rip me so I left billy outside. | ||

I just know Danny that I have been not feeding my body enough of it. This has become another addition to my journey. My everything hurts today. Went to orthopedic doctor about my forearm. He says scary things that my mental powers must forget but also remember at the same time. Right side late night here can’t rest the paiiiin. Squats-was not into it but got into it once I jumped out of my comfort zone. So cool! Zone deep squats today weight amounts a lot. | ||
