Fat Gripz Cable Rows: 8 x 8 with up to 30 seconds between sets.

Fat Gripz Iso Lat Pull downs: 8 x 8 with up to 30 seconds between sets.

Fat Gripz 28kg KB Rows: 8 x 8 per side with up to 30 seconds rest after doing a set on each arm.

Back Extensions x 8 s/s 100 metres on Concept 2 SkiErg in under 20 seconds: 8 sets

I acquired a slight strain on my left hamstring prior to the gym.

Oh well.

Did some high bar squats up to 110kg on Sunday.

Knee didn't like it all that much.

Meh.

Might stick to box squats for the foreseeable on normal bar squats.

Road was closed to my normal gym, so went to Fitness Factory in Witham.

5 minutes on crosstrainer.
Dips: 8 x 8
Reverse Flyes: 8 x 8
DB Shoulder Press: 8 x 8
Cable Flyes: 8 x 8

Billy G. Goat I’ll place the 20 other cement stones 1/2 into ground to stabilize it in his play area so he can stad on them. No tacky they slip 300 is like 250
