So you think a 300x10 tng deadlift (later changed to 300x20) was unrealistic with a 280 max? Grin

Funnily I have now done 300 x 10. 20 not so much.

First time training at Adlington in a good few years - the place looks great now with some serious lifting going on. Was good to catch up with some old faces.

The gym looks great, and it was good to see you doing a bit too.

Last night I tried something I’ve not done in a good few years:

Close-grip four board press
60 x 5
80 x 5
100 x 5
110 x 5
100 x 5,5

Wide-grip chins
BW x 8,8,8,8,8,8

Harder than expected. Looking forward to some events this weekend. Might pop up to Kaos and see just how weak I really am.

Started back at work last week, and didn’t manage to get a session in.

Went up to Kaos today for the first time. Top set-up and good to catch up with Luke.
