I keep seeing your Instagram vids but I can’t figure out if you’re in Altered Images and they’ve tidied the place up or if it’s somewhere different?

Ha! I know it’s been a while kept training on and off for last 18 months but nothing serious

It’s is altereds but under new ownership seem to be putting money back into the place and cleaning it up which is good

How’s things with you?

Back squat struggled with grip and shoulders because I haven’t squat properly in over a year

That is good!!

I’m well mate, well, well in my mental well-being but my body is f**ked!! Not been weightlifting for about 4-5 months now due to a hip issue. That’s almost resolved but I’m moving house in a few weeks so will need to find a new weightlifting club in Preston/Lytham.

Sunday 12th August
Spent best part of three hours stripping 3 layers of lining paper and woodchip from one of the bedrooms so kept today session short and sweet

Push press with Swiss bar- feels so much better on my shoulders

No plans to compete just having fun and getting strong wouldn’t mind doing some stone lifting or a grip comp at some point
