That is good!! I’m well mate, well, well in my mental well-being but my body is f**ked!! Not been weightlifting for about 4-5 months now due to a hip issue. That’s almost resolved but I’m moving house in a few weeks so will need to find a new weightlifting club in Preston/Lytham. | ||
