Cheers pal really pleased with my deadlift. yeah 240 is gonna go next week for sure... watch this space! yeah pretty happy with the bench, always been weak for me cos of my long arms. i've never tried the 100kgs rep test should think i could get 12 good reps... i'll give it a go sometime | ||
