All I ever did in my old log was moan and b**ch. Some goals to think about: 1) enjoy training more 2) don't cut sessions short because it's not going my way 3) full mobility sessions twice per week 4) more moving events today's press session Bench press 115 8x2 - quick rest periods 140x16 pec deck 4x20 hammer curls 4x8 Comments: good fun, not flat benched for a few months but felt smooth. may go back down in weight next session just to build into bench again slowly. | ||

CG bench 100x25 pull ups hammer grip band assisted 3x8 done. week off now, going to UKs Thursday as first reserve. if not I'll be helping out and stuff so be a good experience non the less. | ||

Tested the truck pull and car roll for them Friday. today: 20 min mobility Power snatch 70 8x2 80x1 90x1 100x1 110x1 120x f - bottled it. snatch high pull 90 3x5 front squat /SS hammer grip pull-up 120 4x8 / red band assisted 4x6 Rev hyper 2x15 ham curl 2x15 comments: very enjoyable, set a good quick pace too. | ||
