Bloody hell Billy no, lol but I have seen some specialist tools for the job,flu has subsided a bit but my daughter has it (older) im probably 90% now.

I do sometimes mate but I tend to put salt in my squash drink while training and it stops it mate.

Personally I don't know Billy, my deads arnt the best regardless of the fact I used to do them all the time,but I do like the stretch.
