I understand its not cheating to have better genetics, but is it fair? Not even close.
Two guys want to play in the NBA, If one guy is 5 foot and 50kg, and another guy is 7ft and 125kg, purely by genetics, is that fair? Does the 5 foot 50kg guy have the same chance? Does he f**k and I don't care what PEDs he does or doesn't take, he's still at a huge disadvantage.
That's the same for all sports, those with the best genetics will always have the edge, even when it's not as visually obvious as the above example.

Who else should have the edge? Isn't the point of any competitive sport to determine who is the best amongst willing participants? There are sometimes a few basic and reasonable categories such as age, gender, and disability, but I've never heard anyone complain that "bad genetics" were unfair.

Think I must be a chauvinistic pig too. Luckily despite everyone trying to make prize purses equal the thing which is telling doesn't change -viewing figures. Look at Wimbledon, the two finals don't compare as people aren't as interested.

The only way to make things equal would be to only have one open class in all sports with winner taking all.

As soon as you opt for divisions, whether it's
*weight
*age
*PEDs
*gender

You are automatically admitting you aren't the best. Sport in its basic format is always about finding the best - that's why the heavyweights in boxing take the biggest prizes.

You can think whatever you like sweetheart, im not losing sleep. Especially in a case like this where the answer is so clear.

Womens sports do not generate the same interest as mens, because women dont have the genetic advantages that men do. This is why companies pay billions to televise the premier league, and why Usain Bolt is worth slightly more money than god.

What holds back womens sport is the fact that men can do it better. Thats like blaming the premier league for holding back division two football.

Except that all elite sport is drug tested. Otherwise, yeah, unarguable.

Threats of violence are unacceptable on this forum. This is your warning.

Saying that women-only divisions are there to given women a chance because men are, generally and potentially, stronger isn't sexism, it's obvious.

Some of the replies to this were personal, sexist, and unacceptable, and have been deleted. Their posters are warned also.

Didnt threaten any violence whatsoever. There are many ways for things to end badly for someone and violence is only one of them.

Completely untrue, women weren't even allowed to play sports not long back, it's not about ability against men. Before Conor McGregor Ronda Rousey was the highest paid ufc competitor ever. That's only slightly after women's mma existed big picture. Wait a while.

Women's is the fastest rising division in strongman and millions upon millions of female lifters could care less about your ignorant and sexist views. You are no better than any of them and even with your genetically advanced male body, there's women out there that could beat you at nigh on every sport going. A strange fact considering they are all just doing it for no more than 'something to do' as you put it.

Mayweather has all the records and he's 150lb soaking wet.
