DB Bench 31.5kg x 8 31.5kg x 8 31.5kg x 8 As with above, not done in ages, usually do Incline DB. Incline DB Flyes 11kg x 12 11kg x 12 Nice stretch on these, felt quite good Barbell Curls 30kg x 12 30kg x 12 30kg x 12 30kg x 12 Hammer Curls 11kg x 12 11kg x 12 11kg x 12 11kg x 12 Concentration Curls 11kg x 10 11kg x 10 Good session. Gonna feel that one tomorrow | ||

he who does the volume wins Member 2498, 3652 posts SQ 160, BP 125, DL 225510.0 kgs @ 109kgs UnEq | 13/03/2018 Decided to try make a comeback training in the garage again, kettlebells are good n all, but weights are still the best thing for me Also naturally I have chosen a day where it is a little warmer as the couple of tester sessions a week or so ago were grim Bench Bar x 10 40kg x 10 60kg x 5 80kg x 5 100kg x 3 100kg x 3 100kg x 3 Felt ok Incline DB Bench 27kg x 10 27kg x 10 27kg x 10 Think I went a little light on them, but had no idea how I would do on them Incline DB Flyes 11kg x 10 11kg x 10 11kg x 10 Barbell Row 60kg x 10 70kg x 10 80kg x 10 superset with Tricep Pushdowns 20kg x 10 25kg x 10 30kg x 10 Have to admit the rows were possibly a bit light Decent little session, nothing major, but also no niggles etc so always a win. Nice little place to start, just need to keep it up and actually get some consistency and get the sessions in. | ||

Narrow Pulldown 40kg x 12 50kg x 12 60kg x 12 60kg x 12 60kg x 12 Lat Raise 9kg x 10, 10, 10 superset with Bent over Raise 9kg x 10, 10, 10 Decent session, OH press felt ok and can be increased, DB OH felt really quite easy, so that is always good | ||

Front Squat 60kg x 8 60kg x 8 Not great, but not squatting much in last year or so and when I have it is light KB goblet squats, so squats then front squats a tad optimistic. SLDL 60kg x 10 100kg x 10 100kg x 10 100kg x 10 Calf Raises 60kg x 10 70kg x 10 80kg x 10 Like the other sessions, nothing impressive but also not majorly bad and reasonable starting point. Still pondering whether to try improve mobility and do Front Squats with Clean grip instead of Bodybuilder grip?!! Might be better. | ||
