Shaw can be 'friend' only with guys who are weaker than him and he beats them in competition. Not that I recall? Only will have if that's what he actually said but if so I've forgot him saying that. He talks about PEDs in one of his training videos, think it might have been the first one he did. He said he didn't want to do bodybuilding at first because he knew you had to take PEDs and had to have a strict diet and he didn't want to do either at the time but Brian Dobson kept telling him he should do it and he ended up doing it for a free membership. I'd assume from that he was on PEDs before he competed but you would have to ask him. No doubt he could have done some pro shows natty though, were talking about some of the best genetics of all time here and others have. Brian Dobson said when Ronnie first walked in the gym he had over 20" arms and you could see the veins in his legs through the sweat pants (so natty as per above). Ronnie also said that he could never get his body fat over 5% no matter how much junk he ate. This is how pretty much all the top pro bodybuilders are, they all have genetics that they would be jacked and ripped with or without peds, some even if they hardly trained. He's mates with ed and he beat him but yeah he's ultra competitive, that's a big part of why he's so good.

Look at big ramy - the guy practically doubled in size once his trainer started megadosing him at his gym in Kuwait.
