Squat 60kg 2 sets of 5 90kg x 5 120kg x 5 150kg x 5 180kg x 5 205kg x 5 - rep PB 220kg x 1 - moved quick 235kg x 1 - PB, I'd say RPE 9 deffo a bit more there Time to build my 5 rep max up to 220, then I'll see where I am for a single again Farmers walk 50kg x 30m 100kg x 2 15m runs (for speed) 100kg x 30m turn at 15 but no drop, working the grip 110kg x 30m, same Was supposed to be a light speed week on farmers, but it's hard going light when everyone else is going heavy! Strict monster dumbbell 20kg 2 sets of 6 31kg 2 sets of 4 41kg x 3 Monster dumbbell clean & press (alternate arms) 41kg 3 sets of 4 - teachnique / speed work 50kg x 10 - weight felt easy enough just a bit out of practice. Tyre flip 230kg x a few sets / reps, not really counting just working on technique 230kg x 15 flips in 60 seconds - killer for conditioning Yoke walk 215kg (I think) x 30m (drop turn @15m) in just under 14 seconds Just did this cos everyone was having a race with this weight, I managed the fastest time Axle deadlift (from about 12") 50kg 90kg 120kg 150kg x fail Add chalk 150kg x 1 double overhand, PB Mixed grip from now on 180kg x 1 200kg x 1 200kg x 2 - better than first set 220kg x 2 - PB, fairly smooth Wasn't planning on going any heavier than 200kg, but there was talk of 240kg so I decided to compromise Stone over yoke no tacky 90kg 3-4 sets of 3 (I HATE stones) Sled arm overarm in backwards drag Not sure of weight First run in around 26 seconds Second run in 19.8 seconds - arm over arm was slow but backwards drag was fast | ||
