I'm doing no carbs in the mornings and reduced for the rest of the day at the moment, I find the main problem is getting enough calories in to not drop too much weight. | ||

Not really done any decent numbers apart from a 200kg tng bench and a paused 192.5kg Still getting pain in my knee so limited in terms of squats and deads. BW 112.3kg this morning | ||
