Thought it may be a good time to start logging my training again. This coincides with day 1 of a keto diet.

BW this morning was 112.7kg

Let's see how weak and skinny I can get.

I wondered what you were up to! I'm doing no carbs in the mornings and reduced for the rest of the day at the moment, I find the main problem is getting enough calories in to not drop too much weight.

Still here!! Not really done any decent numbers apart from a 200kg tng bench and a paused 192.5kg

Still getting pain in my knee so limited in terms of squats and deads.
