I prefer long and floppy.
If you wish for a stiffer wrist you can simply crank the wraps up a bit tighter.

I went for long and hard...

Need longer ones though due to my girthy wrists. The metal orange wraps are really stiff bit great once you've worn them a few times. I like them cos I can crank them right up and it gives me enough support to cock my wrist back slightly for heavy bench sets.

I've had the blacks before and I didn't rate them. Silver would be a nice middle ground if you don't want super stiff

im kind of leaning towards the orange ones but just because they look cooler and the most hardcore powerlifterish.

I have the medium length SBD's after graduating from the Metal Blacks. Both highly recommended.

The Metals are softer and more elasticated which allows for a really tight wrap. The SBD's are rigid as hell.
Not sure what I prefer. Both quality. Comp PB achieved in SBD's.

I tried someone elses SBD soft wraps today and much prefered my stiff ones. So stiff it is.

As for length, im thinking that maybe if a wrist wrap is good, then maybe more wrist wrap is better. Perhaps i should just get the most f**k off ones on the cards.

I ended up ordering the orange metal wraps. I got the short ones, which are 24" and therefore 4" longer than the titans with the dying velcro.

Bit late to the party but my $0.02

I love my mark bell gangstas - generally save them for comps/ the run up. Hate wearing them for squatting

Got a pair for strengthshop Odins for training just now and really enjoy them but feel there a bit heavy for squats/ lighter pressing

Had titan max RPM- fairly short, did like for wearing while doing overhead and low bar squats e.g nothing needing a hefty wrap but velcro went quicker than I'd like

My best mate let me try his metal orange wraps, he reckons they're the best he's owned out of a good few brands.

I've just received my metal oranges. Given them a bit of a feel and they are phenomenally stiff. I will bench with them tonight and see how they hold up
