Z is a legend...coming back despite all these setbacks after all he has achieved at his age shows a true love for the sport.

Delighted for Z after his injury woes, what a briliant competitor

Pleased for Z to get the win but I think Shaw and Thor and Hall if fit would have walked over that comp.

Also was a bit shocked by Hollands. I think he came last or joint last in every event

They would all have beat them I reckon but was some impressive performances for sure, they certainly couldn't have afforded a mistake.

To be fair to tel, he wasn't actually that far behind the leaders on each event other than on deadlift as everyone was super tight. If he clean bulks now (assuming the plan) he could definitely be up there again.

One thing I must say is I didn't understand what I was seeing on Instagram, seemed like he was training himself into the ground then didn't leave enough rest before the comp. I'm sure he recovers quickly but I can't see how he could possibly have been 100% come the comp. Just an observation from the outside.

But how can Zydrunas have visible abs when being 400lbs. At that weight he was bloated ball in 2014.
Amazing. I hope Terry does the same.

Terry has poor raw power. His strength is related to being really heavy. When he loses weight his underlying relative weakness shows. Remember same happened to Loz when he was trying to be ab man to get his training business going.
Zs genetics and decades of power bodybuilding shows in how big and kean he is, and his ability to recover his strength.

If Biby would have done 1 rep on 400kg dead, which he very nearly did, he would have won the show. I was most impressed with him

This and honestly I think he gave up on the pull too early. It shot up to his knees and then he put it down. He maybe didn't think he could get that weight yet and didn't give it a real go.

I agree. He had a great personality too. He could be a household name in a couple of years
