Press felt nice and light Deadlift was ok, but belt too tight and felt hammy tighten slightly so couldn't be arsed pushing on this. Arm over arm and drag was ok, talking to mick to tell him to slow down and then tried a new tec on drag that worked ok. Farmers - think i would have run if i never dropped, handles were quite thin. No rushing again and same on the loading. That anvil can f**k off, just don't like it. Toby put in a very nice determined performance, esp on the Farmers and Loading. Mick did ok, but both of us need to move up a few gears fot the UK's. JC did well on some and not so well on others, still a solid performance. We need to get him to the UK North Qual 30th too. | ||

 Thing thinks he can decide what goes here. He cant Member 354, 1452 posts | Tell you what guys it was a cracking day, great for the spectator ( weather not withstanding ). Didn't know what it wanted to do, a little shower here and there followed by red hot sun. Give the weather it's dues though, it waited till the exact second pretty much that the last object was loaded on the last event when the monsoon started!!! At least it held off and let the lads get the event tied up. Everyone gave it there all, total respect to everyone for hanging it out there, there will be plenty of positives for everyone to take away. Great to meet a couple of you guys, Tony and JC managed a couple of quick hello's, you are too fooking strong fellas, I wanna be like that when I grow up haha!! Tony that loading event was awesome, can't believe they didn't let that anvil stand, but we all witnessed you load it so fook em. Quote of the day " Come on Daddy!!!"
