Seated OH Press

Was happy at how comfy these were. Winner.

Underhand Pulldowns

Decent session. Was hot out in the garage. All went ok and to plan so can't complain. Was weird doing deadlifts no straps again. Happy that the grip was rock solid on every single rep and not an issue.

No major goals, but would like
Squat 160 x reps
Deadlift 230 x reps
Bench 130 x reps

Reps can just be 2 reps.
Long term, would like to hit my previous numbers!

Strength levels still not too bad, slowly coming along.

BJJ to be fair has taken a back seat as of late, but plan to start that back up in the next few weeks.

Grip wasn't great on the 65's. That said managed extra rep when grip removed from equation, so not all bad. Think the 2 sets 1 with and 1 without straps is a good one I feel will work well.

Barbell Curl
20kg x 10
25kg x 10
30kg x 10
35kg x 9
Could have potentially got 10 on last set, but then I would have needed to do a set at 40 and I was feeling lazy Happy

Good session. As of next week with summer hols done, will return to normal days at work (Unhappy), but that said a bit more consistency in terms of time at home, so training should get better Grin

Cheers Ox. Yeah the numbers are creeping up, key I guess is to keep them doing this whilst not being an idiot. Can't guarantee that though! Happy

Best lifts:-
Squat - 220kg (belt and sleeves)
Bench - 150kg
Deadlift - 270kg (hitched, straps, belt)
- 247.5kg (belt)

Going to be a while, but ideally would like to get close to these again some day, if I could do it by end of next year that would be great.

Did not enjoy these, set up not right, may stick with the usual Incline DB!

Good session, deadlifts feeling pretty good. Just need to play it sensible, baby steps and hopefully increase the reps and weights on the bar etc! Happy

Nice deads mate, in fact pretty tasty all round. If you carry on like this those goals will be achived well before the end of next year.
