Was bloody hot though which made things tough in some ways. Also have to say, doing this workout and then having a shave 10mins after = bad idea!! When your arm is quivering when holding the razor makes it interesting | ||

Knee not 100% so took it easy, but still did the extra rep Front Squat 50kg x 10 50kg x 10 50kg x 10 Tried clean grip 50kg x 10 50kg x 7 Have to say clean grip felt great in terms of lifting, the weight felt like nothing and was infinitely easier than bodybuilder grip, but my rack position not great, mainly mobility issue I reckon, so hurt fingers, but need to stop ignoring the mobility issues and work on them!! SLDL 60kg x 10 100kg x 10 100kg x 10 100kg x 10 100kg x 10 100kg x 10 Tough, by this time I was bloody warm and tired (on earlies this week so had bugger all sleep!). Was going to cut session short by a couple of sets, but then Monster by Skillet came on, if there was ever a tune to make me do the last sets, that was it, timing is everything!! Tough session with heat and tiredness, but a good session so really happy with it | ||

So not done much worth writing, just bits of KB stuff here and there. First session back after a few weeks, kept it sensible 15/08/2017 Squats 60kg x 20 80kg x 10 100kg x 8 110kg x 6 Was planning 120 for 6 but 100 didn't feel great, but 110 wasn't too bad, so maybe should have gone for it?!?!? SLDL 60kg x 20 100kg x 10 straps 120kg x 8 130kg x 6 Like the squats I played it safe! Front Squat 40kg x 10 40kg x 10 40kg x 10 Superset with Leg Curls 20kg x 10 20kg x 10 20kg x 10 Calf Raises 60kg x 15 60kg x 15 60kg x 15 superset with Leg Extensions 20kg x 12 20kg x 12 20kg x 12 Not done leg curls or extensions for a long time so felt strange doing them. All in all a decent session though with a reasonable amount done. Winner! | ||
