Seated DB OH Press
18kg x 12
27kg x 10

13.5kg x 8

Pulley Side Raise
7.5kg x L:9 R:10

Bent Over Raises
11kg x 12
13.5kg x 14

CGBP
40kg x 12
60kg x 10
80kg x 12 (I think)
Forgot what reps I got, I just know its around 12-14 Roll-Eyes Getting old and forgetting numbers after 20secs Grin

Tricep Pushdown
20kg x 12
30kg x 17

Seated Tricep Press
20kg x 10
30kg x 8

Tabata

Really good session, did better than I thought I would on the Seated pressing and tabata went well too and most importantly the tricep pump was tremendous Grin

Cheers mate. Tabata was tough I must admit. Just need to have more speed when I do it next. When I can really go for it every round I know I'm in a good place.

Cheers Ox. They are quite a good thing to do at the end as it's only 4 mins so should have time for it. Or more accurately I should make time for it! Happy

That really is it. Anyone can force there way through a tough routine but there's a huge difference between just getting through it and finishing strong. It's one of the reasons I like sparring; if you slack off at any point you will be punished.

Very true mate. Having the strong finish is a good thing. That said I was a bit lazy tonight so didn't do a finished, but hope to add a short finisher to most workouts

Won't lie, work today was long and s**t, also felt crap, and stiff tonight, knee hurt, elbows hurt and shoulders stiff and clunky, but got out there to do something as I know I would feel worse and regret it if I didn't.

Squats
60kg x 10
80kg x 5
100kg x 5
120kg x 5
120kg x 5
120kg x 5
Went much better than expected, had 100 as main lift, but felt better. Think I could and potentially should have done 130+, but at the same time, don't want to push things too much when not feeling 100%, there is always next etc.
Plus to be fair it felt good and went better than I thought, so winner!

Bench
60kg x 10
80kg x 5
90kg x 5
100kg x 5
100kg x 5
100kg x 5
These went much better than planned, really happy, every rep soild and strong and smooth, awesome Happy

Seated OH Press
40kg x 5
55kg x 5
65kg x 5
65kg x 5
65kg x 5
This felt exceedingly light, hope to push the weight up on these (pun intended Happy)

DB Row
27kg x 10
40.5kg x 10
40.5kg x 10
40.5kg x 10

Barbell Curl
30kg x 10
30kg x 10
30kg x 10

Well considering how I felt going in that was a bloody good session. Could I have done more weight, certainly, could I have pushed it more, yup, but ultimately happy with work done, and feel great now after doing something.
Ultimately, this is what training is about at the moment!! Grin

Ta very muchness Mr Boar. Yes a good session and the tabata went quite well. Plan on sticking some form of tabata or (think you may like this) some timed kettlebell swings/snatches at the end of some sessions.

Good man. I do like my kettlebell stuff. When back was playing up it was kettlebell stuff I did to keep me going etc and it has helped as kept a reasonable level of strength and improved fitness, so all good. Now I have a few kettlebells figured I might as well use them.
In terms of proper, don't think I could do some of the proper stuff, things like windmills etc.

What a session that was awesome work mate. Looks like you're making progress despite fatigue.
