I'm after buying a new bar.
I want it to look like an Eleiko power bar, smell like an Eleiko power bar, feel like an Eleiko power bar but not cost like an Eleiko power bar. IPF approved too.
What's the latest and greatest alternatives at the moment around £350.
Would appreciate recommendations.

Thanks.

Rouge power bar! My gym has them, they are almost exactly the same as the eleiko power bar but way cheaper.

I've had a good browse on the Rogue website today and now I want a calibrated plate package too. They look very sexy!

Rogue Ohio bar without a doubt. Used at the 'IPF' Arnold events

I like the Texas Power Bar personally for feel, built and value.

Hearing good things about the Rogue Power Bar not sure it as good as TPB in terms of built quality and longevity.

An Eleiko is the premium of course and a Ivanko many would say.

When you review the bars in the UK and you want a compromise between quality and value, then it is a TPB in my opinion.
Not a bas***d Bar or a Bison, far east imports not as good as TPB or as trusted.
Good just not as good.

Possible AOA (All Out Athletics All Purpose Bar)
Not seen it or used it, could not comment. But people have on this forum and rate their bars.A small start up company.
About £395 retail.

I just wish Rogue had a dealer/distributor in the UK, maybe after the so called exit from Europe ?

I have done lots of research on power bars and the above is just my opinion after months of reviewing bars available in the UK.

General Olympic bars are complete mind field and that is for another day.

I think that's a bit unfair.
A tpb or other ipf bar are excellent for powerlifting.
An IWF bar will be great for weightlifting.
Both will cost a hell of a lot more than a bas***d bar which manages to do both for f**kers like me who can't make up their mindsHappy Any bar with IPF/IWF stamp, regardless of where it's made, will do what it says on the tin. Chinese Taishan bars were used in the China Olympics.
