Deadlifts
60kg x 5
100kg x 5
140kg x 5
170kg x 5
200kg x 2
Not good at all

Decline Bench
40kg x 10
60kg x 10
70kg x 10
80kg x 10
Took a few sets to get the s**t deadlifts and also to get bench in right position Happy

Power Cleans
40kg x 5
60kg x 5
70kg x 5
70kg x 5
70kg x 5

Calf Raises
60kg x 15
60kg x 15
60kg x 15

Standing Cable Crunch
20kg x 15
20kg x 15
20kg x 15

Not a great session to be fair. That said had a fair few good sessions over the weeks so a naffer one is inevitable.
Still onwards and upwards

Doesn't look bad to me mate, they can't all be PB screamers. You got decent work in on everything you did so not bad at all.

Mate id be happy to be able to pull 200kg now and considering the short time you have been back at it id say thats very impressive.

Exactly mate, afterwards I felt ok, looked at what i'd done which wasn't too bad and plonked it down to one of those sessions.

Very true mate, I shouldn't really complain, bit down on a couple of other sessions, but to be fair still reasonable.

Decline Bench
Bar x 20
60kg x 10
80kg x 10

100kg x 8
Not too bad.

Incline DB Bench
31.5kg x 10

40.5kg x 8

DB Flyes
9kg x 10
13.5kg x 10
Don't normally do these, as they can hurt, but felt i'd give them a another bash. They felt quite good to be fair, shows shoulder better than last time I tried them, admittedly a fair while ago.

Concentration Curls
13.5kg x 10
18kg x L:10 R:11

Barbell Curl 30kg x 11

Good session, quite like HIT style so thought sod it, not done it in a while, see how it goes. Went well. One thing I like is the speed of the session, took a bit longer than normal today and still only just over 20mins. If I was to keep this style of workout, I can get some good conditioning stuff in and still stay under 40mins (usual average session length).
Certainly something to consider!

Another strong session mate.

I hate doing flyes I don't mind doing them with cables or on the machine but db's are to uncomfortable.

Cheers mate, was a decent session. One day I will decide what I'm going to do, but for now just like lifting Happy

Must admit flyes were something I thought would be something that would benefit me, but they used to be horrendous. Hurt shoulders, now whether that was me doing them slightly wrong or because shoulders were iffy (they usually were as injured rotator cuff on one and separated the other in rugby one year) or most likely a bit of both.
That said last night they felt sound and got a good stretch with them in an area that felt tight, so all good.

Exactly mate, you aren't wrong.
I have no major plans so no pressure to push things. Just do what I want to do.

Sessions are looking good mate...your 'just lifting' approach is clearly working...the main thing is you seem to be enjoying it and that is key!
