Calf Raises 60kg x 15 65kg x 15 70kg x 15 Standing Cable Crunch 25kg x 15 25kg x 15 25kg x 15 Good solid session again, SLDL went very well, squats also went well, so hopefully increase them by 5kg again for next week. | ||

Narrow Grip Pulldowns 60kg x 10 80kg x 6 80kg x 6 80kg x 6 Kept same weight as last time, but 1 extra rep per set Incline DB Bench 22.5kg x 10 34kg x 10 34kg x 10 34kg x 10 Plan to up these to next setting on DBs, around 36kg. Think 3 x 10 might be a struggle, but we shall see. DB Row 31.5kg x 10 40.5kg x 12 40.5kg x 12 40.5kg x 12 Same weight as last time, but 2 reps extra per set. Unfortunately next DBs up are 65, so will keep with these ones till reps are higher and then start adding the 65 for the 3rd set maybe Tricep Rope Pushdown 20kg x 15 22.5kg x 15 22.5kg x 15 Good solid session, things still moving in the right direction, so all good | ||

A few heavy reps will do you good, they probably wont be very strict but meh. If you don't use straps you'll get a good grip workout from it. | ||

Not a bad idea that mate, plan on working out tomorrow and it will involve DB rows so will try get the 65s in for at least 1 set | ||
