Had about 2 hours sleep after an airport pick up so wasn't really up for this. Was fooked after the deadlifts. So I did the 50kg to 70kg military in 5kg jumps without rest apart from quickly changing the weights.

Decent session. Squat was done with a much longer pause than usual. Best I've done on bench in a long time, plan was to keep working up for a heavy single but I felt like hitting a recent rep PB after how good I felt at 90kg.

I'm going to log my training on here again so I have a record of it. I'm much lighter now than I was back when I was logging on here regularly many years back, I'm down at around 67kg now, I was usually around 76-78kg back then. I went down the calisthenics path but have recently started doing 5/3/1 again as I got a bit bored just doing the calisthenics. My upper body strength is decent, but lower body is a bit of a joke, but I'm building it up very slowly on purpose.
