First time benching for about 3 weeks and it felt like it! think i need to include some form of board press into my program cos i've got a sticking point halfway through the lift.

solid benching , how many do you think you could nock out with 100 ??

Cheers pal really pleased with my deadlift. yeah 240 is gonna go next week for sure... watch this space! yeah pretty happy with the bench, always been weak for me cos of my long arms. i've never tried the 100kgs rep test should think i could get 12 good reps... i'll give it a go sometime
