Did some heavy work today prior to a strength block so I can gauge my %s

Anyway, managed some sort of abomination of a touch and go 232.5kg bench following 220,210,190,170,150 and an easy 280kg squat.

I didn't intend on touch and go, just lost my mind a bit mid adrenaline and it turned around faster than expected so had to catch the weight mid lift on the way back up... I can't grind, so this is a skill I seem to be acquiring!

Anyways, just thought I'd share for comparison when I obliterate this in a few week after my strength block. All lifts at this stage of training have been component based. This puts me in a VERY good place, my last comp I did 800, which is a far cry from where I will be. I'm happy considering lumbar punctures... appendix...sepsis... I think I'm back to 101%. Cheers for watching!

Bonus naked war cry on last bench. ps 101.8kg

Great lifting as always man. Do you use sleeves and wrist wraps in competition?

Great to see a video from you mate... Epic lift, even more so considering everything you have had to deal with.

Incredible lifting mate.

thanks all, was hoping this would be paused by this time but had a few setbacks. Always forwards though...

After hospital I was weak as piss, but followed this that I previously shared to the letter, I got all my strength back in good time and then some...

It's on page 2 if anyone is interested, happy to elaborate should anyone need.
It's been very successful, 4 of us train together and all have decent numbers (170 from a lad that came to me with 1 pec, 185 after 18 month of training with no previous history, 190kg at 84kg-ish, and my self...). The numbers aren't phenomenal by any stretch, but all 4 of us are anti-peds and lift in tested federations.

Accessory work? This seems like something I can bosh out quickly in the gym after it's closed.
