This was insane. Last time I did the burpee challenge on 15/03/17 I only got to 11 (66 reps in total), so this was a good improvement. I decided to do the airdyne after it as I start my deload week tomorrow so it was one last punishing session. | ||

I'm not great at handstands yet so hand walking was kind of happening anyway so I started working on it.
