Sour patch kids are good. Plenty of caffeine, I prefer not to drink it on the day incase I f**k my stomach up so I just chew on a few pro plus and let them dissolve in the mouth which tastes like ass as their meant to be swallowed obviously but it goes straight to the blood stream that way and bypasses the stomach. Whilst we're at it, pick up some Taurine cheap online or even the dreaded H&B it's cheap enough there too. Take some early on in the day and again about half way through, should help to prevent any cramping which seems to happen to loads of people in comp (myself included) but never in training. If you are lucky enough that nerves don't prevent you from eating, stick with fast acting carbs and low fat but nothing too heavy on the stomach, you don't want to risk turdageddon mid meet. | ||

I had a chocolate bars, orange juice and some sandwiches straight after weigh in ... nothing to fancy and kept on having a bit of a drink and sandwich as it went on ... Which is a smoothy anyway. After that depends on the speed of the comp. I don't OD on sugary snacks though. though. | ||
