It will pay off in the long run no doubt. f**k off, gotta let me have one thing ha. i used to be s**t at them a few years ago until i started doing them 1-2 times a week. cheers its hard some times even now im not that motivated or bothered about training i still get days where i want to just see what i can lift lol. im not chasing any numbers though, i have assassinated my ego and im just happy to be able to do some compound exercises. | ||

Uk limbo dancing champion Member 2666, 6551 posts SQ 202, BP 170, DL 255627.0 kgs @ 88kgs UnEq | deadlift 50x10 80x5 110x3 130x1 150 x 1 120 x 10 nice n comfy, lots in the tank. side ups x 15 (1st 10 + 10kg weight, + 5 normal reps) x 12 ( 8 +10kg, + 4 normal) x 12 ( 8 +10kg, + 4 normal) 10 reps with + 10kg was nice to hit. BB rows 80x10 x 3 sets curls last time i repped 115 deads pec felt a little tight but todays 120 was fine so im very happy with that | ||
