Member 5964, 573 posts SQ 240, BP 160, DL 265665.0 kgs @ 99kgs UnEq | I've got a lever, single prong & soft belt lol. Use the soft belt for lighter moving events, medleys, stone etc. Use the single prong for heavy moving events & deadlifts, and use the lever when I want a really tight belt aka for squats or overhead press. If I had to pick one I'd go for the lever

as crimson as my last victims underclothing..... Member 899, 11329 posts SQ 180, BP 132.5, DL 190502.5 kgs @ 118kgs UnEq | I used to like the palace of arts weightlifting club belt. I think it was 10 mm and had a double pronged buckle on it. It wasn't super rigid either it had a slight bit of give in it. Loved that belt. Now i use a bodybuilder style belt with a skinny front and double pronged buckle. My favouritee thing about it is that it's gold.

Tried double and single pin buckle belts in past and they are too much faffing between sets. Only issue with levers is if you want different tightnesses.

Anyway as mentioned by DRD you can't adjust tightness for different lifts which is a shame but hey ho you can't have everything.

I only put the belt on around 230+ for that reason. I use a lever and i dont find i have to change the position for lifts. But if i do because of gainz then its quickly done with a penny to turn the screws and off ya go!
