I think Ben Kelsey would be a really good shout, 380 puller and 6:20 mile seems pretty achievable

I think you are underestimating just how fast a 6 minute mile is. To run at that speed while having the size and muscle mass to pull 360+ would be staggering.

I know how fast a 6 minute mile is, it's 90 second 400's which isn't out of reach for a 105kg guy

But for a 105 guy who doesnt train to run distances its not terribly likely. Thats why none of the guys here have been close to it in a short time frame.

I am relatively fit (was) and I have run a six minute mile. It's f**king HARD!

Not saying 105kg men can't do it. But It's hard.

But how much would his deadlift suffer when he started practicing mile long runs? My guess is that 380 pb rapidly becomes a 350 max and then you are forced to go sub 6 minutes.
I think it becomes a vicious cycle.

A strong runner pulling a 260 or so dead seems more likely than an 800lb puller being able to bang out a 6 minute mile.

Just run a mile and then we'll have a baseline to work from!

To get a 7 minute mile at 105kg my deadlift went from 190kg to 110kg for 6 reps.

You're demanding peak performance from two highly incompatible energy systems.

And also fibre type that makes a good miler is somewhat(not completely) opposite to what makes a decent powerlifter.

Even if you didn't have an obvious decent sprinting career like Tom Martin look back on your past and ask yourself where you good at certain athletic events naturally at school/uni? Long or short distance? Field events? What is your lifting like now?
Probably find a correlation between being good at explosive s**t and good at PL

Someone who can genuinely positive this at the same time would be a special athlete indeed.

I'm sure one of the smaller (maybe 170lbs or so?) guys on one of the old 'ultimate fighter' shows said he used to deadlift 280+ and was a rugby back of some sort. If he wasn't bulls**tting he'd stand a fair chance.
