Played around with some grip stuff

Euro Pinch - up to 73kg PB

Overally a very s**t session. I'd push pressed 5kg for more reps from the floor only a fortnight or so ago. The weight loss had really affected my strength level and I wasn't expecting that... naively! I'm sure I'll get it pack when I get the weight settle where I want it, it's fair to say i'm not the most patient of people.

Mixed session tonight, after 3 weeks got the squat sets I wanted, so was happy with that. Unfortunately my overhead has been the most effected by the weight loss. Seems to have lost a fair bit top end.

On the bright side I'm heavier than Narc, so the banter ball is in my court at the moment.

Hey Thing, I want 170x5x5 since I managed 165 at the same rep range 6 weeks ago. No doubt it may take me a couple of weeks though as the weight loss has effected my squat.

118.1kg lol went up this week. Wasn't to surprised had a bad week eats wise.

Really finding it hard to loose the fat and keep my strength. I'm probably just being impatient, i'm sure it will come back when my weight levels out a bit.

keep the weight loss slow, and rather than eat less, do more. Or a combo of both but focusing on doing more.

And if you think about it, its not that much more you need to do. A bit of walking, wee bit of cardio, some more conditioning work.

And then cutting some small snippets from your eating, wee bit smaller quantities, not eating when full and so on.

easy does it mate - comp season is here, cant go on crazy diets now man!

Great minds think a like Joni, that's pretty much what i'm doing Joni. I've just tried to cut out the majority of the crap and do a little more CV. Regarding comps I've got 2 strongman and 1 PL comp sheduled over the summer. I'll be honest i'm more focused on training and the weight loss at the mo.

I can tell you for free that i feel tons better with lower bodyfat! feel fitter and faster as well which hopefully will help in the comps.

I loved the BULK OF DOOM but that was a different time and place Grin
