Standing Barbell Strict Press: 35kg x5. 45kg x5. 55kg x3. 62.5kg x2. Mistake to do these straight after paused squats. Seated Good Mornings: 20kg x5. 25kg x5. x5. 27.5kg x5. 30kg x5. 32.5kg x5. Personal best Single Leg Barbell Step-Ups: 20kg x10. 30kg x8. 35kg x8. | ||
