I think there is a lot more but we are limited in what we can perceive, our brains literally couldn't cope if we are able to perceive everything.

I think your talking about a soul which I would disagree with due to lack of evidence and me being a grown up. From what I can measure in an objective scientific manor: the mind is an emergent property of the brain. Moreover, a by-product the same as consciousness which is just an evolutionary advantage.., But not something that is 'real'in any sense of the word. Basically - the mind is what the brain does. We went for many years without understanding any of this, its only fairly recently that humans now know that is a thing. Like there is actually some kind of force like magnetism or gravity or something but it does other stuff like provide us with consciousness or whatever? Im not saying I believe any of this stuff, im merely presenting it as a possibility. And yes, i have been watching too many Graham Hancock videos and contemplating a trip to the amazon.

Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22043 posts	I remember being taught at school that a bar magnet is made up of lots of tiny magnets with the majority of them aligned the same way. This doesn't exactly explain magnetism and where the force comes from! Not that relevant, but this thread reminded me of that.

Maybe you dont need to step into it, maybe youre alread in it, but we humans do not posess the necessary senses to experience it? Like a blind person will cannot comprehend the 3 dimensions that we can see, we cannot comprehend this other realm that we are already in because we just cant sense it or observe it.
