There are now seven:
One in the bog
One in the passageway
One to the right of the door by the leg press
Four in the wall opposite the door which were originally going to be ventilators

I suspected the window project had been extended to the ones opposite the door. Steve was on a mission to convince his dad of the virtues of it, I assume he succeeded!! There will be no need to ever put the lights on in there once they're done Happy

Indeed he did, it was a joy to watch, he had Joe suggest that they may have struggled working in that room when the electricity was off due to the lack of natural light, Jerry then hit on the idea of windows rather that ventilators, once Jerry realized it was his idea and not Steve's it was more or less a done deal from that moment on. Result and everyone is happy

Getting a price to have them disconnected during British summertime and back on for Greenwich mean time, it'll pay for itself in a couple of years

Happy Happy Happy Happy

Watched the hateful eight by Tarantino yesterday. I like Tarantino and this was a long film but it didn't suffer for that. I enjoyed it immensely although it is (loke most of his stuff" rather odd.

No Kahuna burgers in this one (tht would have been a very big ask) but there was a "red apples" tobacco product

Monday, 23rd May, arrive 17:00 start 17:30

Busy tonight and there are a coupe squatting and approaching their top sets so I could sneak a warm up or two in but it did rather interfere with the rest of it. No harm done - just one of those things

Squat, raw, sleeves on
3 x 1 minute
20 x 5
20 x 5
20 x 5
60 x 5
60 x 5
belt on
100 x 5
140 x 5
170 x 5
190 x 5
205 x 4
Didn't fancy doing 160/180/205 so I did as above which seemed reasonable at the time. The top set was a bugger, confidence was high at the start and remained high for the second and third rep, but the fourth emptied the tank. There wasn't going to be a fifth, I knew it and Phil knew it. SO I never even tried.

Deadlift
60 x 3
60 x 3
60 x 3
100 x 3
140 x 3
160 x 3
160 x 3
160 x 3
Left it there as there was a three monthly meeting just about to start, so good mornings won't be back until the bank holiday or next week as some call it. Probably no bad thing either

In theory it would seem possible, but in reality it isn't.

Feeling quite sad today, really don't know why.

There seems to be a fine line between happy and sad and I just seem to be very close to either side of it. That's fine if I am on the happy side but it is always just but a small step to the sad side, and I seem to end up there without any clear reason as to why.

Just one of the many prices I pay for being odd.

Pete,

Please accept a conciliatory pat on the shoulder from a man a very long way away - being slightly on the sad side of the line is not a pleasant place to be.

Please go and get yourself a Chippy Tea or a Pub Lunch and, tell you what - put it on my Tab. Happy
