Russia are being targeted and made out to be the devil by WADA, the IOC as well as the IPF(cosy bed fellows), clearly resources are limited so this must mean athletes/lifters in other countries are subject to less testing. in short, if you're russian you will be targeted and vilified because of your nationality. if you are, just as examples a british powerlifter, or a jamaican sprinter you will probably slip through without being tested. whether you're using or not.

you have to admit, Russia have got an appalling track record around doping and one that goes back to the dawn of anabolics. john zeigler created dianabol for the US weightlifters back in the 50s because all the soviets were hammering testosterone and routinely beating their athletes (although it was not classed as cheating back then)

Haha You have a way with words Tom!
What exactly do you consider 's**t'.
Whilst I rightly class myself as 'inexperienced' in the world of powerlifting I'm certainly not inexperienced or s**t at lifting weights.
Will I ever be a world champion? - No, Will I ever break any world records - No, Do I care much, not really.
Remember it's us s**t c**ts that help make you look so good! Grin

I guess anything under qualifying for the British classic would be s**t? Last time I looked the totals were very low for that

Lol. Poor Russians, they just can't catch a break, can they. Fight for democracy in Ukraine and Syria, and this is your reward?

Since you mention Jamaica, by the way, they were threatened with exclusion due to inadequate drug testing a few years ago, just like Kenya more recently. I blame Obama.

GPC-GB ones are pretty decent now. 687.5kg 'A standard' at 100kg raw.
no-one walks in off the street doing those numbers.

It is obvious to me that anyone totalling 524 KG or above is juiced out of their minds.

660 British and 780 euros for my weight category, wouldn't say that's all that low

good though, means there's increasing depth and competition. adds credibility to anything you achieve.

exactly they're reasonably tough numbers to achieve.
you need a combination of decent genetics and good consistent training to surpass those.

I'm sorry for calling everyone s**t. I meant to say "unsuspiciously natural". Lifting numbers that aren't "s**t", but more like... "so obtainable without gear that it doesn't f**king matter whether you took any or not, you might as well be natural". This still sounds bad. I wasn't even talking about you guys jeez.

I'm cool with your description of my/our lifts. Happy In fact, "so obtainable without gear that it doesn't f**king matter whether you took any or not, you might as well be natural" is how I think of the few people in my gym who are rumored to be juicing.
