Dwain did a running box jump of 62". I've done 60" without the run up...I guess he's probably around a 40-42" vertical jump, so 40 + really is a tremendous display of athleticism, without trying to be too boastful.

If this works by calculating air time that seems more akin to a box jump.

If its a calculation based purely on force applied vs bw then that would work for vertical leap. Though it couldnt be as accurate as an actual vertical leap.

You CAN cheat, if you for example, tuck your knees in and land in a squat. You're supposed to land on straight legs though.

The one I used was a "thing" attached to my waist band at one end, and a "bit" on the floor at the other end, so it just measures how high your hips move.

Yeah we had land with straight legs or they didnt count it

How on earth you were 146kg

Even world class strongman are fat as f**k at 146kg and you can barely bench your body weight properly and can't pull twice your bodyweight

When was the last time you did a NORMAL exercise through a FULL range of motion for NORMAL number of reps

Quarter reps on a smith bench for 50 reps is stupid, everyone knows it. Even you know it.
Ronnie Coleman, Phil Heath, arnie did bench through a proper range

Sarychev, Spoto, coan did full range bench

Bill kaz, big z, ed hall do full range bench


So why on earth you think some half arsed half rep smith bo***cks will actually make you strong is beyond me and beyond everyone!
Even if you've done 100x54 or 100x30 you've never proven that means anything becUSe you've never done a proper log or proper bench since you started that tomfoolery

9 guys did a 40 inch vertical at the nfl combine this year and the best was 41.5 so you had an athletic class!
