Did 155kg x 5 two weeks ago paused, 175kg x 5 this week regular squats. So about 20kg or just over 10% drop

Interesting idea. Not so sure what you are analyzing. I sometimes squat with thick chains , weight on to a metal box and pause/stall 2 seconds then up up and away. Top part gets scary at times. I use safety bars. I think paused squats are damaging. I probably have no clue though. What's so great about them?

Paused 240 recently, but in a buildup to an equipped comp so didn't end up testing a raw 1rm. Best all time is 247.5.
