Just measured with the sleeve pressed flat on the table and it was 13cm across so times that by 2 for all the way round and it should be something near 26cm. That is the bottom of the sleeve which goes round the forearm and the top is roughly 33cm. Need to be fairly tight and stretchy and are just a bit too tight for me and my bicep is about 17inch relaxed | ||

I have the knee & elbow sleeves hoping that they will give me something extra at competition time, rather than come to rely on them in training. Even if they don't it puts my head in the right frame of mind. The only equipment I use is a belt for yoke and the odd log clean. | ||
