They just need to take straps off frame carry and no one would complain. But I think it would be good if they rotated stones with dumbbell. I would have the events 1 log - 190kg Deadlift - new set-up and hummer (rotate) 1rpm Bale tote (yoke) - 700kg Timber carry no straps - 900lbs Dumbbell or stones - rotate Would be less people failing the log with a good amounts of reps winning it. | ||
