Log press (floor to overhead reps) 45kg x a few 55kg x a few 70kg x 5 80kg x 8 PB - this was very hard conditioning wise 80kg x 6 Swap to bigger log 60kg x 1 75kg x 1 90kg x 1 Add thor elbow sleeves & wrist wraps 100kg x 1 PB - easy, and after a lot of reps too Farmers walk 50kg's x 40m ish - drop and turn @ 20m 60kg's x 40m 80kg's x 40m - grip was starting to slip by the end, didn't have any chalk though Yoke walk 55kg x 40m 135kg x 40m 175kg x 40m PB 175kg x 40m 175kg x 40m - probably the best run Tyre flip 250kg x a few sets and reps Atlas stone 60kg x lots of sets, and a final set of 5 75kg x lots of sets, and a final set of 5 90kg x 2 singles, and a rest pause set of 5 Very good day today, first real events session I've ever done, enjoyed it a lot. Feel very confident now about weights I've got in comp, but also slightly broken after all the work I've put in lol | ||

Today was okay, deadlifts were hard towards the latter sets but got through it. On reflection it feels like I may have done a little too much fluff work towards the end of the session, think I'd be better off doing less movements and putting more into the heavy lifting. Also, seeing as it's my day off work and I was disappointed with Tuesday's pressing, I might squeeze in a bit of push pressing and benching tonight. I'll have to see how I feel. | ||

Think I'll focus primarily on inclines for the next few bench sessions, hopefully will have a bit more carryover to overhead strength. | ||

First time trying this, based on how they felt I could probably pull 300 for at least 1 from this height. T-bar rows 50kg x 5 75kg x 5 100kg x 5,5,5 PB Did some machine work to finish off upper back, decent session. | ||

Just did some side raises and some rear delt work to finish. 03/02/16 - Wednesday Pause bench 60kg x 5 80kg x 5 90kg x 3 100kg x 3 110kg x 3,3,3 120kg x 2 PB Incline pause bench 60kg x 5 70kg x 5 80kg x 5 90kg x 5 97.5kg x 5 PB DB bench press 40kg's x 10,10,10 DB flies 20kg's x 10,10,10 Very happy with today, feel like a 130kg pause bench is there for the taking if I want it, but I've got my eyes set on bigger things Chest, shoulders and tris are done after the last two days of training, a much needed rest day tomorrow then squats on Friday | ||
