starting a new training plan today will be training squat 4 days a week,also 1 day bench,and one day bench assistance.6,days a week if i can hack it hoping to boost that squatGrin

i see where your coming from ed ive got a two week break coming up end of week from work,the squat is a smolov routine
mon 4sets 9reps 112k
wed 5sets 7reps 120k
fri 7sets 5reps 128k
sat 10sets 3reps 136k
try a new pb at end of 3weeks then 2weeks without squating back to beggining with new %
tuesdays
bench
20r x 20k
8r x 57.5k
8r x 77k
6r x 90k
6r x 102.5k when i can get 8rs on last set lift weights 10% do this for 10 weeks try new max
also floor press b,over rows same thing.
thursday
seated sholder press
close grip bench
seated tri exten: same idea as aboveGrin Grin Grin

lol had time to ditch the jeans today ed work wasent to bad, so energy was ok. 5th,set last two were begining to hurtGrin next time its fri and sat heavyer weights more sets think thats when it will hit,o and shoulder work tomorrow Grin Happy

Looked pretty comfortable squatting for me. I'm guessing the weight is going to start shooting up soon.

thankyou neil i hope so ive got a tough program to do on squat end of 3 weeks ill rest a few days and try new pb,the third week on this program last day has me doing 150k x 3r for 10sets 150k is my pb so if all goes to planGrin Grin Grin
