Joni - It won't be 3 hours every week! I want to be done by half 6 at the latest ideally.

JC - Can train anytime you like Sat morning. I need to leave here at 12.00 so need to be done by about quarter to. So depending how much you want to do, somewhere between 9.00-10.00? I'll probably start 9.00 promt this week as it's my yoke/farmers week but you can come along whenever you fancy.

Cheers Joni. The plan is nealry in full motion now. Deviated ever so slightly yesterday, but have got Thursday in mind. Also event changes at the England's may mean slight changes to it.

Robbo - I certainly need to work my deadlift as it is a pile of s**t! Romanian deadlifts are just like stiff legs except you allow no rounding of the lower back and only lower the bar as long as you can manintain your arch (which is just below the knees for me). Just an assitance move for the deadlift that works the hamstrings well.

absolutely mate, no point nailin the moving events when there are other events that need nailing. So many things to nail, so few nails, as the chinese saying goes.

What are the thoughs of moving the deadlifting to the wednesday sessions and give that approach a try for a month or so? see if we could wake up that good ol progress we made a year back!
