Getting far better at the upside down stuff. Piking up into handstand with confidence (although mostly colapsing out of it after a couple of seconds). Its not far off this.

Felt good to get back under the bar. Keeping the weight light and staying very upright. This might lead to a return to proper squatting and might not. For now they are just light squats as part of a larger leg workout. Legs are toast today.

On the scales 86.8kg. Sort of expected this. It was Fistmas last weekend and so a lot of beer and pie went down. This week doesn’t look like it will be much better but if I can level it out at around 87 the clean it up for the last week of December I am still in with a shout

Right, Christmas week. Eaten and drank less than I usually would at Christmas but still too much i think. Yet to step on the scales. A fair bit of yoga got done. Training looked like this.
