an up and down weeks training! battle to hold on to 110 on log continues. weighed in at 82.9kg this morning - looking forward to hitting my 82kg target so I can start eating again! hopefully I can start a rebuild from then. deadlift was poor but im not too pissed off as it just felt like one of 'those' days where my low back was not going to play ball. incline log was better than expected. going to try and do these weekly to attempt to get back some lockout strength.

happy with the 95. first lift I have been able to get any satisfaction from for a while. I would like to get back to 100kg before the end of the year.

strength is so unpredictable at the moment! log felt great. 112 was there with some more in the tank so I thought I was on for some good squatting...until a failed 160 kicked some reality into my head lol. it has to be a low back thing because my snatch and front squats are not that far off my best currently. oh well. bw has been stuck at around 82.5kg all week. want to nudge it down half a kg and then ill be happy.

ouch! at least hopefully the 'destroy' in this destroy and rebuild plan is over now. much as I would love to hit my xmas 100kg snatch target I dont think im mentally strong enough to accept this log press weakness. so from here im going to concentrate on a 'strongman rebuild' plan.

bw was 81.5 this morning! so im going to up my calorie intake which will hopefully help stop the strength rot.
