Not a slingle powerlifting was done, I suppose I did chest, shoulders, triceps and then cardio which I then negated by eating some doughnuts. This seems like the kind of thing that no one wants to read in my journal so for now at least, this could be the end of ksohhjjkk. Unless it goes off on a tangent.... RIP in peace 1 | ||

I want to be aesthetic but competitive bodybuilding doesn't really appeal to me. I don't like the idea of going down to 3% body fat and then dehydrating, Ican't imagine how that would feel. I would prefer to be an alive zyzz | ||

I bought an interesting book yesterday, South, which is about Ernest Shackleton's expedition to Antarctica. | ||
