I've used it for squat and it has given good gains. 20kg improvement last time I ran it. So good in fact I'm running it again.

Do you think it's probably the first time you have trained properly doing the routine why you are aching and have training hurt
Take that into consideration before you dump it if you want to be the best you have to train to be the best

I did the first day of the soviet peaking cycle for squat and my legs are in bits. Can see this working nicely

Couple lifters I know making steady gains on it.

Yes, it's the first time I've trained properly. Never tried training properly before, it made me sweat and it nearly went in my eyes.
I usually go to the gym every other Wednesday whether I need to train or not so twice a week was really hard.

I enjoyed the Cube stuff, makes a lit of sense, nice and simple.
Was going to do it again over the winter but for one reason or another gave it a miss.
