really happy with the progress made with this program, the 170 was easy, so much easier than 2 weeks ago. the front squats are not comfortable yet as my ankle clicks horribly at the bottom of each squat, gonna see the physio see what she says but she'll probably say the dreaded word "REST"

Great session today i was persuaded to go for a pb after my 5x5 by one of my mates and it went up easy with a pb deadlift by 10kgs. felt easy aswell think 240 is on the way very very soon!

Couldn't squat today due to a quad strain i picked up yesterday playing 7s so did some upper body hypertrophy instead... pretty much beach weights!
